How to Return Your Order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept a return. You will have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return the item(s) to Altuzarra. For orders placed between November 25th and December 25th we offer an extended return period of 45 days.

Styles marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

For U.S. returns, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on our RETURN PORTAL HERE

  2. Enter the order number you want to return and your order zip code

  3. Click Return Items

  4. Select the item(s) and reason to return

  5. Click next

  6. Your return label will be generated for you. Please print two copies of the label - one to be attached to the outside of the returning package and a second to be given to your courier.

For international returns, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on our RETURN PORTAL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HERE

  2. Enter the order number (example: #30183) you want to return and your email. Please make sure to include the hash # in the order number.

  3. Click Return Items

  4. Select the item(s) and reason to return

  5. Click next

  6. Your return label will be generated for you. Please print two copies of the label - one to be attached to the outside of the returning package and a second to be given to your courier.

Returns Policy

  • We can only collect returns from the same country/region to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item from a country/region other than your delivery country/region, additional import duties may be applied. We strongly recommend using the Free Returns Collection Service.

  • Please thoroughly check garments upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached to be in a returnable condition.

  • Where possible, any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must also be returned as they are considered part of the product.

  • Footwear must be returned un-marked and un-scuffed in the original undamaged boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.

  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with undamaged product packaging, where applicable.

  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

  • Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

  • We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.

  • Please be advised that all orders may be subject to a $10 handle fee to help cover the costs of processing your return at the warehouse.

Exchanges

  1. Click on our RETURN PORTAL HERE

  2. Enter the order number you want to exchange and your order zip code

  3. Click on the item you would like to exchange

  4. Pick the item variant (color, size, etc.)

  5. Next you will see an estimated refund page

  6. Then you will get an acknowledgement screen with your return shipping label and a confirmation that your exchange order is being processed

Where is my refund?

We will always try to be as swift as possible, however sometimes refunds can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.

Please be advised that all orders may be subject to a $10 handle fee to help cover the costs of processing your return at the warehouse.
